About me

Hi! My name is Riccardo Malatesta, sometimes you can find me as “seeu” online. I was born, lived and raised in various parts of Italy. In this website, I document and share experiences that I find interesting during my work.

I’m currently working as a Penetration Tester and Independent security researcher, carrying out bug bounty hunting activities and studying smart contract auditing.

Since I was a kid, I have fallen in love with hacking. I spent most of my time stuck in front of my computer, trying to find new ways to get into a target. That’s what I still do today, but professionally.

My Projects

Here I gather all the resources about hacking that I find interesting: notes, payloads, tools and more.

A Solidity Static Analyzer made in Ruby designed to assess smart contracts written in solidity for code quality, security, and gas optimization issues.

Interests and activities

I love Bodybuilding. It’s a sort of relief valve. Whatever problems I have are alleviated by killing it at the gym.

It also gives you some peace of mind knowing that if you do the right exercise, you will definitely get results. You don’t need to solve problems, just pump some iron. Definitely a big contrast compared to my main passion.

I also like to read from time to time. It depends on the time I have available. One year, I managed to read a book every week. Last year, maybe 4 or 5.

I read what catches my attention. I don’t have a favorite topic. I read fictional stories, essays, war stories written by veterans, technical books, or political books that challenge my views.

My favourite book right now is Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. It has definitely changed my perspective on human beings, on the reality we live in and on the future that awaits us.
